Returns & refunds

We want the Vacuum Kit to earn its place in your luggage. If it doesn't, our UK support team will sort it out.

30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price in GBP. Bags that have been used on a trip are fine — you can't judge one without packing it — and you don't need the original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email support@oralray.com with your order number and the reason.
• We'll reply within one working day with return instructions and the return address.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

Ordered the wrong quantity?

Email us within 30 days and we'll exchange your kit for a different size of kit — one free exchange per order.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free across the UK, 2–4 working days. Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Your consumer rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery for any reason; our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
