By using this website or purchasing Oral Ray™ products, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom from a UK warehouse. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch (1–2 with Express). Risk passes to you on delivery.

Product information

The Oral Ray™ Vacuum Kit is a manual compression bag system with a hand pump. Space-saving figures quoted on this site (up to 60% per bag, 3x capacity) come from our own packing tests with soft clothing and will vary with what you pack. The bags are water-resistant, not submersible dry bags, and are not intended for food storage or for storing anything sharp.

Guarantee & liability

Our 30-day returns policy applies as described in our refund policy, alongside a 12-month warranty on the zip, valve and pump. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oral Ray™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.

All content on this site — including product images, copy and the Oral Ray™ mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
